Solution Model Overview

Clients may tell us what direction they would like to go but are unsure how to go about getting there. In this case, M6i is their compass. We set the course and steer them on it. In other instances, the client may ask us to recommend which direction is best for their fact set. Here, M6i will chart the course. Thereafter, the client may choose to take the wheel or have us fulfill the execution phase, as well.

Our client does not get a template based solution that was used at a half dozen other organizations with problem sets that shared some similarities but had many other inconsistencies. Even in a case of high overlap with peer organizations, after we conduct discovery, the implementation will have considerable tuning of the variables.

No two organizations are often alike because people aren't often alike. Organizations are principally networks of people and their thinking and behavior. Each is a unique way of synthesizing its human resources into an executing model.
